Re-development and restoration/refurbishment of a Grade II listed former Bonded Warehouse on the riverside in the City of York within the city conservation area and previously rendered derelict due to extensive and re-recurring flooding.

Grantside was able to come forward with an innovative design to bring the building back into beneficial use and create a successful award winning mixed use development.
